Why Register a Trademark?

Your brand is one of your business’s most valuable assets. After spending considerable time and resources developing your brand, it is important to secure your brand by registering a trademark. The Amazon Brand Registry is a program that gives registered trademark owners greater control over their product listings and brand presence on the platform. Enrolling in the Amazon Brand Registry, which requires a registered (or pending, i.e. Trademark application) trademark, allows sellers to access tools for detecting and reporting infringement, protecting product pages, and optimizing brand content.
