Claudia is proud to support the family law team at Lift Legal, where compassion, collaboration, and client centered service guide every file. As a Family Law Legal Assistant, she plays an important role in helping clients navigate separation and divorce in a respectful, organized, and supportive way. She brings a warm and reassuring presence to every interaction, ensuring clients feel heard and cared for throughout the process.

  • Claudia graduated with honours from the Legal Assistant program at MacEwan University, building a strong foundation in legal procedures and client support.
  • Claudia completed her practicum with Lift Legal, where she quickly demonstrated her strong work ethic, compassion, and attention to detail. She stayed with the firm after her practicum and she is now part of the team, assisting with a variety of family law matters.

  • Claudia was born in Peru and moved to Canada with her family when she was about ten years old. She grew up in a loving family of five, her parents, her sister, and her brother. They have always remained very close.
  • Claudia cherishes time with her loved ones and is especially devoted to her spouse and two young boys, who are the center of her world. Claudia and her spouse make family time a priority, whether they are heading to birthday parties, activities, or playdates, moments she treasures deeply.
  • Claudia has always said she was born to be a mom, and her nurturing, gentle nature shines through in everything she does.
  • Claudia loves kids, all things Disney and enjoys traveling, especially when it means creating meaningful memories with her family. She is also obsessed with taking pictures and capturing the moments that matter most to her.
